Stripe Automation and Payment Workflows

Connect payments to CRM, invoicing and onboarding without manual reconciliation.

Payments are unforgiving, so idempotency and logging come first. We use webhooks with retry handling and never store card data ourselves.

What we build with Stripe

Payment-triggered onboarding

A successful payment creates the project, sends the intake form and notifies the team.

Failed payment recovery

Dunning messages and internal alerts before an account is suspended.

Reconciliation

Match payouts to invoices and flag mismatches for review.

How we work

We start with one workflow, connect it in a staging environment, test failure paths and only then move to production. Credentials stay in your accounts, access is scoped, and everything is documented so your team can operate it.

Guardrails

Consent, rate limits, retries, duplicate checks and a human escalation path are part of the build, not add-ons. If a step fails, the workflow alerts someone instead of silently dropping the task.

Frequently asked questions

Can you work with our existing account?

Yes. We build inside your account where possible, with scoped access. You keep ownership of the workspace, credentials and data.

How long does an integration take?

A single workflow typically takes two to four weeks including testing. Multi-system builds are split into phases.
